User-location assignments are enforced by the application and database policies. A location-restricted user works within those sites, while an authorised all-location user can switch context for wider oversight.

Local paperwork and wider reporting

Locations can have their own codes, numbering and labour settings. Operational and finance pages use the selected location where supported, allowing managers to inspect one site without maintaining a separate system for each workshop.
