An inspection is useful when the workshop can act on it. Motorworks keeps each check on the job with its result, notes, follow-up date and fitted price. Advisory and failed items can be reviewed together before anyone creates more paperwork.
Create only the work the customer needs
Staff select the defects being followed up and choose the right next step. A price discussion can become an estimate or quote; approved repair work can become a booked job; a CVRT failure can become a retest containing only the relevant checks.
The conversion is recorded rather than copied. That gives reception a clear route back to the inspection and avoids a second version of the same defect list.
Built into the job record
Inspection findings sit beside the vehicle, customer, technician report, files and related jobs. The workshop can still produce the inspection report PDF, but the live record remains available for follow-up.
